Check Your Order Status
To check the status of your order, just enter your order ID and the billing email.
To check your order, please use the "Order Information" order ID (e.g., 95dd5441-42f3-48fb-96b7-4bc77c7428e0). Otherwise, the system will show "Order Not Found."
After placing your order, you should receive an automatic email from the system ([email protected]) with your order details and order number. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. Mark it as “Not Spam” to avoid missing emails in the future.
If you can't find the email, or you forgot your order ID, you can contact us and leave your order email and payment information. We will help you to find it and check your order status.
