Any malicious/abusive actions can cause your account with us to be suspended. Opening a new account after suspension will cause your account to be terminated even if it has a balance in it.

We will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer.

We are in no way liable for any account suspension or picture deletion done by third-party social media.

The services will only be used to promote your third-party social media or social account and help boost your "Appearance" only.

We DO NOT guarantee your new followers will interact with you, we simply guarantee you to get the followers you pay for.

We DO NOT guarantee that 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio, and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.

All user behavior must comply with relevant local or international laws and regulations. Users agree not to use our services for illegal purposes or in illegal ways, and guarantee not to use our services to infringe the rights of others or engage in illegal activities.

If the user's behavior in using our services violates any laws, or these terms, or harms the rights of the company or third parties, we have the right to immediately, temporarily, or permanently terminate the user's use of our services without notifying the user, without further refunds, and the user shall bear all subsequent legal responsibilities.

Refunds

If you file a dispute or charge-back against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders and ban you from our site. We also reserve the right to cancel your orders.

Orders placed on the website will not be refunded or canceled after they are placed. You will receive a refund credit to your ZP3N account if the order is non-deliverable.

Misplaced or Private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it.

Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to the termination of your account. There are no exceptions.

Please do not use more than one server at the same time for the same page. We cannot give you the correct followers/likes number in that case. We will not refund these orders.

When you make a purchase on or receive a gift through the Services, including in third-party Extensions, you have immediate access to and use of, the Ancillary Products and Services you have purchased. Accordingly, except as detailed in these Terms of Sale, to the extent permitted by applicable law, cancellations are not permitted after purchase, and we do not offer any refunds, including, without limitation, fees for Subscription Services. At any time, and for any reason, we may provide a refund or other consideration to some or all of our users ("credits"). The amount and form of such credits, and the decision to provide them, are in our sole discretion. The provision of credits in one instance does not entitle you to credits in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate us to provide credits in the future, under any circumstance. We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time.

Unless otherwise specified in these Terms of Sale or required under the applicable law in your jurisdiction, the services, and other digital goods are not returnable after purchase, including those purchased in third-party Extensions.

Governing Law

Disputes Resolution

If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.

Waiver

Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not effect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
